We are offering standard free shipping on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii

Note: Shipping might not be available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO for special items or handling. Please contact us if you have any questions.

      Standard return policy

      • You can return most online orders within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt (some items may be final sale or have a different return period).
      • Only items purchased directly from ComfyModa.com can be returned to Comfy Moda. Comfy Moda products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
      • Please ensure that the item you are returning is unworn and in the same condition when you receive it.
      • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the original materials, and in their original packaging (this includes shoe boxes).
      • Any shipping cost is NOT refundable.
      • Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Any items that marked as FINAL SALE will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

      How to Return an item

      Step 1: Please go to our online return center, and enter the "Email Address / Phone Number" and "Order Number" (e.g., CM1234) to start a return.
      Step 2: We will send a Pre-Paid return label to you. Please print out the return label and tape it to your return package.
      Step 3: Securely package your return, and include the original packing slip if possilble. Then, drop off your return package at a carrier Store or the Access Point.
        

      How to Exchange

      Step 1: Please go to our online return center, and enter the "Email Address / Phone Number" and "Order Number" (e.g., CM1234) to start an exchange.
      Step 2: We will send a Pre-Paid return label to you. Please print out the return label and tape it to your return package.
      Step 3: Securely package your return, and include the original packing slip if possilble. Then, drop off your return package at a carrier Store or the Access Point.
      Step 4: After we receive your return package, we will set up a replacement shipment and send you the tracking information once it's available.

      Refunds

      Once we receive your return package, we will start processing the refund for you. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after it's been approved and you will receive an email with the details of your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

      Promotional Orders Refunds

      Orders with promotional code or discounted price will be considered as promotional orders. All promotional orders will be eligible for our 30 days return policy except FINAL SALE orders. 

      If the promotional order after returned does NOT meet the promotion request (such as buy X get X off/free), the difference will be deducted from the refund. 

      Some items purchased with our promotional sales are non-refundable and only valid for store credit or size exchanges.
